Yazmin is a Senior Program Manager at WomenWork. She’s an intersectional-feminist cheering on #teamgirlpower, and loves being part of the WomenWork mission to give women entrepreneurs and professionals in Africa an opportunity to thrive and excel as they navigate their respective journeys.

As a detail oriented and self-motivated Digital Ecosystem builder, Yazmin has over 4 years of experience in managing a diverse portfolio of programs and projects in the technology space with a combined value of over $1 million. At WomenWork she provides program management and strategic vision to the implementation and scale of the project in Kenya, managing resources and partners to ensure that the project meets its objectives on-time and within budget.

Prior to joining the WomenWork Network, Yazmin implemented agile processes and program management governance controls at Code For Africa, Africa’s leading civic technology company. She has a history of mobilizing specialised teams from project and product managers to content creators, technologists and designers to collaborate and deliver successful projects.

When she’s not deep into the day-to-day management of WomenWork programs, she enjoys spending time outdoors in nature, hiking and travelling.
